Join us for a guided and engaging Coffee & Commerce session focused on inclusive hiring practices. This event features local experts sharing practical ways businesses can attract and retain diverse talent, including students, migrant workers, individuals with disabilities, and individuals from underrepresented groups.

What to Expect:

  • Learn about strategies for hiring students, migrant workers, and individuals with disabilities, including legal considerations and visa pathways.
  • Discuss tools to build inclusive pipelines, from internships to full-time roles, using partnerships with local universities and community resources.
  • Explore best practices for creating an inclusive workplace, including equitable interviewing, onboarding, and support for diverse employee groups.

Whether you work in HR or play a role in building a team, this session will provide tools, ideas, and connections to support hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
